We email you a 6-digit code, and you enter it on the <strong>Verify your email<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n<h2>Find the code in your inbox<\/h2>\n<p>The email arrives a few seconds after you click <strong>Start Free Trial<\/strong>. Its subject is <strong>Your Tocaller verification code<\/strong>, and it contains a 6-digit number.<\/p>\n<p>The code:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is valid for <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>works only once,<\/li>\n<li>should never be shared with anyone. ToCaller staff will never ask you for it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t find the email, check your spam or junk folder.<\/p>\n<h2>Enter the code<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On the <strong>Verify your email<\/strong> screen, check the address shown under <strong>We sent a 6-digit verification code to<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Type the 6 digits into the boxes. You can also paste the whole code; it fills all the boxes at once.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Verify<\/strong>. We also send you a <strong>Welcome<\/strong> email with your first steps: add a phone number, invite your team and make your first call.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the <strong>Verify your email<\/strong> screen open until you&#8217;ve entered the code.<\/p>\n<h2>Request a new code<\/h2>\n<p>If the code didn&#8217;t arrive or has expired, look under <strong>Didn&#8217;t receive the code?<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the first 60 seconds you&#8217;ll see a countdown, <strong>Resend code in \u2026s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>After that, click <strong>Resend code<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll see <strong>A new verification code has been sent.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A new code replaces the previous one, so always use the code from the most recent email. You can request up to 5 new codes per hour.<\/p>\n<h2>Error messages<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The verification code is invalid.<\/strong> Check the digits and try again, or use the code from the newest email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>This verification code has expired. Request a new one.<\/strong> More than 10 minutes have passed. Click <strong>Resend code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Too many incorrect attempts. Request a new code.<\/strong> After 5 wrong attempts the code stops working. Click <strong>Resend code<\/strong> and use the new one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Please wait \u2026 seconds before requesting a new code.<\/strong> Wait for the countdown to finish, then try again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Signed up with Google?<\/h2>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need a code.
