Check for typos or reset your password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Too many login attempts.<\/strong> After 5 failed attempts, wait for the number of seconds shown and try again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>There is no Tocaller account for this Google account yet.<\/strong> Sign up first, from the sign-up page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An account with this email already exists.<\/strong> This address was registered with a password. Sign in with your email and password instead of Google.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Reset a forgotten password<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On the sign-in page, click <strong>Forgot password?<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your email address and click <strong>Send Reset Link<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll see <strong>Check your email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Open the email <strong>Reset your Tocaller password<\/strong> and click <strong>Reset password<\/strong>. For security, resetting your password signs you out on all other devices.<\/p>\n<p>No email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the address you signed up with. For your privacy, ToCaller doesn&#8217;t say whether an account exists for an address. Click <strong>Resend Link<\/strong> to send it again.<\/p>\n<p>The new password must follow the same rules as at sign-up: at least 8 characters, upper- and lower-case letters, a number and a symbol.<\/p>\n<h2>Signed up with Google and want a password?<\/h2>\n<p>Use <strong>Forgot password?<\/strong> with your Google email address, or, once signed in, open <strong>Edit Profile<\/strong> and click <strong>Set password<\/strong>.
