Every member of a workspace has a role. Roles decide what a person can see and change. Each role includes everything the role before it can do.<\/p>\n

The Owner<\/h2>\n

The person who created the workspace is its Owner<\/strong>. The Owner has full access to the workspace, including the plan, billing and every setting. Only the Owner can:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • choose the plan and change the number of licenses,<\/li>\n
  • add funds to the balance,<\/li>\n
  • open Manage billing<\/strong> to change the card, download invoices or cancel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Owner’s role can’t be changed from the users page.<\/p>\n

    Change someone’s role<\/h2>\n

    1. In the sidebar, click Users<\/strong> and click the person’s name.<\/li>\n
    2. Under Roles<\/strong>, click the role you want: Agent<\/strong>, Supervisor<\/strong> or Admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. In the Change Role<\/strong> dialog, click Change role<\/strong>. You’ll see Role updated.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Only the Owner and Admins can change roles. You can’t change your own role: ask an Admin or the Owner. Your current role is shown on your profile under Roles & Permissions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
