Your documents go to Stripe. ToCaller only keeps the result of the check.<\/p>\n
Start the check<\/h2>\n

- Click your balance (the green amount at the top of the screen), or click Add funds<\/strong> anywhere in ToCaller. If you haven’t verified yet, ToCaller opens Verify your identity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Read what you’ll need and click Start verification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Stripe opens. Follow the steps to photograph your ID and take a selfie.<\/li>\n
- When you finish, Stripe sends you back to ToCaller.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

- Checking:<\/strong> you’ll see We’re checking your documents. This usually takes a minute or two.<\/strong> The page updates by itself; you can also click Refresh status<\/strong>. If you left Stripe before finishing, click Continue verification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Verified:<\/strong> you’ll see Identity verified<\/strong> and You can now add funds and buy phone numbers.<\/strong> Click Add funds<\/strong> to top up your balance.<\/li>\n
- Not verified:<\/strong> you’ll see the reason, or We couldn’t verify your identity. Please try again.<\/strong> Click Try again<\/strong>, and make sure your ID is valid, fully visible and not blurry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
