Add funds<\/h2>\n

- Click your balance, the green amount at the top of the screen. You can also click Add funds<\/strong> in Workspace settings<\/strong> \u2192 Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Under Amount<\/strong>, click one of the preset amounts, or click Other<\/strong> and type your own amount. The allowed range is shown under the field.<\/li>\n
- Under Payment method<\/strong>, check the card. If no card is saved yet, you’ll enter it securely on Stripe.<\/li>\n
- Click Add \u2026<\/strong> (the button shows the amount).<\/li>\n
- Complete the payment on the Stripe page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

<\/a>Choose an amount and continue to Stripe.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n Back in ToCaller you’ll see Payment received. Your balance updates as soon as Stripe confirms it.<\/strong> This usually takes a few seconds, and you also get a Funds added<\/strong> notification in the bell menu.<\/p>\n
If you close the Stripe page without paying, you’ll see Payment cancelled. Nothing was charged.<\/strong><\/p>\n
See your balance activity<\/h2>\n
The Add funds<\/strong> page shows your Recent activity<\/strong>: the last 5 changes to your balance, with a description, a date and the amount (for example +<\/em> for a top-up, \u2212<\/em> for a charge). For the full list with the balance after each change, open Workspace settings<\/strong> \u2192 Billing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If a payment fails<\/h2>\n
You’ll get a Top-up failed<\/strong> notification: your bank didn’t complete the payment, so nothing was added. Try again with another payment method. If you see Payments are unavailable right now<\/strong>, wait a few minutes and try again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
