Changes save when you click outside the field.<\/li>\n<li>To add a photo, click <strong>Upload picture<\/strong>. Use a JPG, PNG or WEBP image up to 2 MB. To remove it, click <strong>Delete picture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Change your password<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Under <strong>Account credentials<\/strong>, click <strong>Change password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your <strong>Current password<\/strong>, then your <strong>New password<\/strong> and <strong>Confirm new password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large tc-screenshot\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tocaller.com\/help-screenshots\/help-acc-11.png\" style=\"max-width:470px\"><img src=\"https:\/\/tocaller.com\/help-screenshots\/help-acc-11.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tocaller.com\/help-screenshots\/help-acc-11.png 940w\" sizes=\"auto, 470px\" alt=\"Change password dialog\" width=\"470\" height=\"500\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Change your password.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>You&#8217;ll see <strong>Password changed. Other devices have been signed out.<\/strong> For security, every other device where you were signed in is signed out.<\/p>\n<p>The new password needs at least 8 characters, upper- and lower-case letters, a number and a symbol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Signed up with Google?<\/strong> You won&#8217;t have a password yet, so the button says <strong>Set password<\/strong> and doesn&#8217;t ask for a current password. Afterwards you can sign in with Google or with your email and password.<\/p>\n<h2>Change your sign-in email<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Under <strong>Account credentials<\/strong>, click <strong>Change email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your <strong>New email<\/strong> and your <strong>Current password<\/strong>, then click <strong>Send code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>We send a 6-digit code to the <strong>new<\/strong> address, with the subject <strong>Confirm your new Tocaller email address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the code in <strong>Code<\/strong> and click <strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You&#8217;ll see <strong>Your email is now \u2026.<\/strong> From then on, sign in with the new address. The code is valid for 10 minutes and stops working after 5 wrong attempts. If it didn&#8217;t arrive, click <strong>Send the code again<\/strong> after 60 seconds.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>This email address is already in use.<\/strong> Another ToCaller account uses that address. Choose a different one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The current password is incorrect.<\/strong> Check your password and try again, or reset it from the sign-in page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your role<\/h2>\n<p>Under <strong>Roles &amp; Permissions<\/strong> you can see your role in this workspace. You can&#8217;t edit your own role; ask an Admin or the Owner.
