Its name and logo are shown to everyone in the workspace.<\/p>\n<h2>Who can change workspace settings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General<\/strong> (name, logo, website): the <strong>Owner<\/strong> and <strong>Admins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plan<\/strong> and <strong>Billing<\/strong>: the <strong>Owner<\/strong> only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Open workspace settings<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Workspace settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large tc-screenshot\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tocaller.com\/help-screenshots\/help-acc-13.png\" style=\"max-width:230px\"><img src=\"https:\/\/tocaller.com\/help-screenshots\/help-acc-13.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tocaller.com\/help-screenshots\/help-acc-13.png 460w\" sizes=\"auto, 230px\" alt=\"Workspace menu with the Workspace settings item\" width=\"230\" height=\"325\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Open Workspace settings from the workspace menu.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Change the name, logo and website<\/h2>\n<p>On the <strong>General<\/strong> tab, under <strong>Workspace details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workspace name<\/strong>: usually your business name, up to 100 characters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Website (optional)<\/strong>: must start with <code>http:\/\/<\/code> or <code>https:\/\/<\/code>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Logo<\/strong>: click <strong>Upload logo<\/strong> and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 2 MB. You&#8217;ll see <strong>Workspace updated.<\/strong> or <strong>Logo updated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Plan and billing<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Plan<\/strong> and <strong>Billing<\/strong> tabs are covered in <a href=\"\/help-center\/account-settings\/plans-licenses-and-free-trial\/\">Plans, licenses and your free trial<\/a> and <a href=\"\/help-center\/account-settings\/manage-billing-and-payments\/\">Manage billing, invoices and payments<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Team members and roles<\/h2>\n<p>People and their roles are managed in <strong>Users<\/strong> in the sidebar. See <a href=\"\/help-center\/using-tocaller\/invite-your-team\/\">Invite your team<\/a> and <a href=\"\/help-center\/using-tocaller\/user-roles-and-permissions\/\">User roles and permissions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Your own settings<\/h2>\n<p>Your timezone, ringtone and after-call time are set per person on each user&#8217;s page under <strong>Call Settings<\/strong>, not for the whole workspace.
